I used to be a bartender. If someone at a bar asks you how much a drink costs, you tell them. They get what they want, you get what you want, and there's no song and dance around how much they're going to pay for it.
I get frustrated by unclear pricing models. At different times in my working life, I've sat through demos and consultations for hours only to schedule another call to discuss pricing or the "offer" or the "ROI incentive" as one company put it.
I don't have time for that, and neither do you. I charge monthly, you can scroll down to see my current rate, and I'll let you know how long I expect your project to take in our first call. It's pretty simple, because the best designs are.
